Service Description
Group Training Classes at Bull Method bring together a small, motivated group of clients for structured, coach-led sessions designed to challenge and build you up. Each class is a 45-minute full-body workout targeting every major muscle group. Sessions are kept small — no more than 6 participants — so you get the energy of a group environment with the attention of a personal training experience. What to expect: • 45-Minute Full-Body Workout: A dynamic session designed to target every muscle group and elevate your fitness level. • Small Group Setting: Maximum 6 participants per session for personalized coaching attention. • All Equipment Provided: From resistance bands to weights, everything you need is ready for you. • Expert Instruction: Our coaches guide you through every exercise with a focus on proper form and safe progression. • Community Accountability: Train alongside others who share your commitment to showing up and getting results.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a late fee of $25.
